Job Summary

The position aims to provide support and prompt processing of quality and complaint-related cases. The focus is on friendly and timely customer service and customer- and company-oriented action.

Focus on customer complaints regarding delays transport damage used goods and goodwill

Receiving and processing incoming customer complaints by email and telephone
Verbal and written communication with customers
Delivery of components
Returns processing
Approval of cost estimates
Invoice verification

Focus on ERP system

Creation of a complete problem report
Creation of spare parts or repair orders from a problem report
Creation of invoices
Creation of return slips andcredit notes
Financial settlement of complaint processes

Others

Support with inventory
Training of trainees in this area
Information & communication with the sales department

With this knowledge you will strengthen our team.

Training in commercial or engineering ideally as an industrial clerk or bachelor or masters degree Commercial / Technical education
First professional experience in Customer Quality
Training and further education in the field of complaint management
Customer oriented strong communication skills desirable
Experience in Project Management
Good IT skills (MS Office e.g. Excel ERP system)
Good language skills in English and German spoken and written
