Job Summary
Leading insurance company is seeking a Sales Specialist to focus on both personal and commercial products leverage relationships to drive sales offer bank-approved coverage for homes commercial properties and other key insurance needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients who have recently purchased properties with the objective of generating quotes and closing sales
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients by effectively managing leads and follow up on inquiries
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of short- and long term insurance for properties purchased by businesses but used for residential purposes and trusts but used for residential purposes
- Sectional title insurance experience
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
- Continuously enhance sales skills and product knowledge through training and professional development opportunities while learning to utilize AI technology and tools to support sales activities and client engagement
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimise sales strategies and identify opportunities for growth
- Grade 12
- RE5 (prerequisite)
- FAIS qualification
- NQF4 in Insurance / Banking / Wealth Management
- CPD Compliant
- Minimum 1 year commercial sales experience in a call centre environment
- MUST be Pretoria based
