Job Summary
Requirements
Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Engineering or equivalent discipline Electrical Mechanical or Building Services Engineering are preferred
A minimum of 8 years post-graduate relevant experience of which 3 years should be at supervisory level
Good interpersonal communication analytical and problem solving skills are essential
Engineering Degree holder with station based maintenance experience in major railway systems is an advantage

Responsibilities
Be responsible for day-to-day coordination organizing administrating and managing the project works to ensure that the works are implemented in accordance with the predetermined standards safety requirements programme and approved budget
Control and monitor financial expenses and budgetary issues for project works related activities and resources in terms of manpower planning and staff roster plan etc.
Prepare project works status technical & performance documents and reports
Handle safety & quality issues and implement improvement work
Conduct or support special management engineering technical or analysis study or review as required
