岗位概述
负责全矿无人驾驶系统的测试管理与执行涵盖无人矿卡测试后台系统测试网络适应性测
试辅助车辆交互测试等同时负责测试场设计与管理测试用例与计划制定失效分析与改进
建议确保系统在测试场的安全测试保证后期系统进入客户端的质量以及可靠性并为系统部
署做好先期测试
主要职责
测试策略与计划制定
o 负责全矿无人驾驶系统测试策略制定各层级测试计划与测试用例单元集成
车辆系统场景
测试场管理
o 设计并管理测试场基于煤矿无人驾驶场景构建测试环境
o 测试条件设计采区路线卸载区各种测试车辆的准备
o 与代理以及销售团队协作选择测试场并协调建设测试场保证测试场的正常运营
系统部署与执行
o 协调组织无人驾驶系统在测试场的部署与现场测试确保覆盖关键工况与边界场
景给出评价体系
测试报告与失效分析
o 管理测试报告协作进行问题处理提出系统改进建议并跟踪闭环
安全管理与风险控制
o 制定并落实测试安全规范确保人员与设备安全
团队管理与任务分配
o 管理测试团队分配测试任务监督测试进度与结果建立统一测试汇报框架与平
台
跨部门协作
o 与系统开发部门协同制定测试计划推动测试结果反馈至设计改进环节
任职资格
学历与专业本科及以上车辆工程自动化计算机测试工程或相关专业

经验要求
o 8 年以上系统测试经验3 年以上测试团队管理经验
o 有无人驾驶矿山测试经验工业自动化或大型系统测试经验优先
技术能力
o 熟悉测试方法与工具场景测试
o 掌握测试用例设计失效分析测试管理平台
o 了解无人驾驶系统架构安全标准
管理能力
o 具备项目管理团队建设跨部门沟通与资源协调能力
语言能力
o 良好的中英文沟通与技术文档撰写能力
加分项
有矿山无人驾驶系统测试经验
熟悉煤矿生产工艺
熟悉测试场建设数字孪生测试环境自动化测试平台开发
