Job Summary
Global Real Estate Manager
You will report directly to our Sr Facilities Mngmnt Managerand youll work out of our Shanghai location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role you will impact the organization by leading corporate real estate processes developing real estate strategies and optimizing space requirements thereby enhancing operational efficiency and supporting business growth.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead corporate real estate processes.
- Develop real estate strategy and define space requirements.
- Design workplace strategies and oversee site selection.
- Negotiate tenant improvements and manage a team of world-class real estate professionals.
- Ensure flawless execution of real estate strategy and manage third-party suppliers.
- Interface with government and regulatory entities.
- Communicate with all levels of business leaders.

YOU MUST HAVE
- 6 years of corporate real estate experience including strategy development.
- Strong analytical ability and proven track record of successful leadership of teams.
- Ability to lead highly complex projects across regions.
- Extensive influencing and collaborative skills.
- Experience with real estate analytics platforms and tools.

- Bachelors degree in Engineering Real Estate Finance Architecture Business or Management.
- Significant experience with a diverse real estate portfolio.
