Key Accountabilities

• Support inbound client calls and manage a shared mailbox to resolve account holder inquiries.

• Resolve routine sensitive and urgent issues by serving as an internal expert and client advocate.

• Interpret policies procedures and regulations and communicate clearly to clients.

• Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and escalate concerns when appropriate.

• Organize workflow to meet service level expectations and maintain a no-backlog standard.

• Document all client interactions accurately in the client management system.

• Develop subject matter expertise in assigned product or service areas.

Education & Experience

Required

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 1 years of customer service experience

Preferred

• Bachelors Degree in Communications Business or related field

• 1 years of experience in Insurance HSA or TPA environment
