Job Summary

Join Troves International Marketing team to help deliver our brands to the world. As a Social Media Specialist on this team youll operate at the intersection of brand community and content helping to drive brand awareness and growth across various social channels. 

Youll collaborate cross-functionally working closely with Creative and Digital partners to bring Troves brands products and experiences to life. 

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced consumer-focused environments and is passionate about building meaningful connections with people across the globe. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Support the execution of a results-driven global social media strategy across key platforms. 
  • Develop and curate the global content calendar maintaining a consistent posting cadence across platforms and ensuring content is on-brand and on-voice. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams or external partners providing clear briefs reviewing and approving content managing relevant usage rights and tracking performance against agreed goals and SLAs. 
  • Collaborate with creative teams and partners to create high-quality engaging content and execute across various social media platforms. 
  • Manage and maintain comments DMs and mentions across platforms and handles responding or routing as appropriate to build engage and nurture an active global community. 
  • Track and analyze platform performance audience behavior and cultural trends to optimize global social strategy and inform decision-making. 
  • Act as a brand guardian across global social channels ensuring visual identity and tone of voice are consistent.

  • Develop a deep knowledge and understanding of target markets regional opportunities and effectively communicate competitive advantages..

Qualifications :

Were looking for a strategic collaborative thinker who knows how to turn ideas into execution and insights into impact. 

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Digital Media or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). 
  • 2 years of proven experience in social media marketing in a professional setting. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a deep understanding of social media language trends and culture. 
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite and major social platforms plus content creation tools such as CapCut Canva or similar and platform analytics tools. 
  • A keen eye for design aesthetics and the ability to drive creation of visually compelling content. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. 
  • Passion for social media and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and platform updates. 
  • Experience working with international audiences markets or cross-cultural teams preferred (but not mandatory).
