Youll collaborate cross-functionally working closely with Creative and Digital partners to bring Troves brands products and experiences to life.

Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of a results-driven global social media strategy across key platforms.
- Develop and curate the global content calendar maintaining a consistent posting cadence across platforms and ensuring content is on-brand and on-voice.
- Coordinate with internal teams or external partners providing clear briefs reviewing and approving content managing relevant usage rights and tracking performance against agreed goals and SLAs.
- Collaborate with creative teams and partners to create high-quality engaging content and execute across various social media platforms.
- Manage and maintain comments DMs and mentions across platforms and handles responding or routing as appropriate to build engage and nurture an active global community.
- Track and analyze platform performance audience behavior and cultural trends to optimize global social strategy and inform decision-making.

Qualifications :
Were looking for a strategic collaborative thinker who knows how to turn ideas into execution and insights into impact.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Digital Media or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 2 years of proven experience in social media marketing in a professional setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a deep understanding of social media language trends and culture.
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite and major social platforms plus content creation tools such as CapCut Canva or similar and platform analytics tools.
- A keen eye for design aesthetics and the ability to drive creation of visually compelling content.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Passion for social media and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and platform updates.
- Experience working with international audiences markets or cross-cultural teams preferred (but not mandatory).
