Job Summary

Title: Programme Manager

Contract Type: Permanent Full-Time 35 hours

Salary: Starting from63807 per annum (London weighted salary) or starting from 56050 per annum(Regional salary) dependant on experience

Grade: 11

Reporting Office: London Stratford or Manchester Trafford

Working Location: Stratford or Manchester

Persona: Agile Worker: 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working)

Your impact in the role:

You will have previously managed large complex projects or programmes and will be able to lead projects while supporting the wider team.
You will have strong stakeholder management skills and the tenacity to keep projects well governed on track and supported by clear transparent decision-making.
You will be able to develop and manage projects with a clearly defined scope deliverables budget and business case taking them from inception through to implementation and helping move L&Q towards its new operating model.

What youll bring:#

Experience project / programme manager
Skills and experience in running large and / or complex projects including establishing project structure planning reporting and closure.
Skills and experience in business case management budgets benefits and performance and analysis.
Skills and experience with stakeholder management change management and communication.
