Job Summary

The Role
The school is looking for an enthusiastic Music ECT who is eager to inspire students through engaging and creative music lessons. The successful Music ECT will receive excellent support from an experienced mentor and the wider Performing Arts team throughout their induction year.
Responsibilities of the Music ECT include:
Teaching Music across KS3 and KS4
Planning engaging lessons that develop performance composition and listening skills
Encouraging student participation in ensembles performances and school music events
Monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback to support development
Working collaboratively with colleagues within the Performing Arts department
