Job Summary
A welcoming and ambitious secondary school in Bournemouth is seeking a motivated Business ECT to join its successful Business and Economics department from September. The Role
The school is looking for an enthusiastic Business ECT who can deliver engaging and relevant lessons that develop students understanding of the business world and key economic principles. The successful Business ECT will receive strong guidance through a well-established ECT induction programme.
Responsibilities of the Business ECT include:
Teaching Business across KS4 and KS5
Planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with the Business curriculum
Supporting students in developing analytical and evaluative skills
Monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback to support academic improvement
Working collaboratively with colleagues within the Business and Economics department

Have excellent communication and organisational skills
Be eager to develop professionally within a supportive department
