Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager / Senior Manager – Supply Chain Finance to drive business growth across assigned territories. The role involves acquisition of Corporate and SME clients strengthening dealer & distributor networks and expanding the Supply Chain Finance portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sourcing and growth of Supply Chain Finance (SCF) business in the assigned region
Acquire new Corporate / SME clients and maintain strong client relationships
Develop and manage dealer distributor & channel partner network
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
Achieve monthly quarterly & annual sales targets
Coordinate with credit operations & risk teams for smooth disbursement process
Ensure portfolio quality and minimize delinquency
Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback
Eligibility Criteria:
3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain Finance / SME Lending / Working Capital / Trade Finance
Experience in Banking / NBFC / Financial Services industry preferred
Strong understanding of corporate & SME segment
Proven track record of target achievement
Excellent relationship management & negotiation skills
Strong local market knowledge
