Real Estate E&O Claims Adjuster
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate E&O Claims Adjuster to join a team. This is a permanent full-time position that offers the flexibility of working 100% remotely from anywhere. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling real estate errors and omissions (E&O) claims with a focus on professional liability and litigated cases. Compensation Package
- Salary: $95000 - $105000 per year

Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of up to 120 real estate E&O claims with a focus on professional liability cases
- Handle 50-75% litigated claims ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Collaborate with legal teams clients and other stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes
- Conduct thorough investigations and evaluations of claims to determine coverage liability and damages
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all claim activities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders throughout the claims process
Qualifications/Requirements
- 7-10 years of claims experience with substantial professional liability experience (minimum of 2 years)
- Strong knowledge and experience in handling real estate E&O claims
- Background in either a carrier or third-party administrator (TPA) environment is acceptable
- Experience as an attorney defending real estate agents is a significant advantage
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively and efficiently
- Strong analytical negotiation and communication skills
- Licensure is not required as you will work under the company license; however a preferred license is a plus
