Key Responsibilities:
Collaborating with Duck Creek technical leads to review solutions and effectively communicating findings to business partners.
Analyze cumulative release notes and develop comprehensive testing strategies to ensure system integrity.
Manage and triage defects ensuring prompt resolution and minimal impact on business operations.
Facilitate communication with business teams addressing queries and gathering requirements to drive process improvements.
Document and enter ServiceNow tickets following Duck Creek guidelines.
Support policy rating forms use administration billing transactions and batch processes as needed.
Maintains a deep understanding of the IT Organization IT processes and business systems that they support.
Leads and mentors team members in support of business analyst deliverables understanding and incorporating industry best practices/standards.
Develops and applies strategies and best practices for QA regression and UA efforts.
Develops and authors test strategy test plans and test cases and leads testing efforts.
Contribute to data mapping and integration initiatives using knowledge of APIs and batch processes.
Experience analyzing technical release notes and developing testing strategies.
Key Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Information Systems.
At least 5 years of business analystexperience primarily within the Financial or Insurance industry
Extensive experience in defect triaging processes.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders of all types across the organization to gather requirements answer questions and understand how to communicate difficult or sensitive information.
Experience in a functional role focused on Duck Creek Policy and/or Billing modules.
Experience data mapping API/batch integrations and basic SQL.
Experience using collaborative platforms including Jira and Confluence
Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
Experience with Duck Creek OnDemand Active Delivery experience is a plus.
Experience in policy rating forms comparative rater tools billing transactions and batches
Experience analyzing technical release notes and developing testing strategies.
Our current reasonable and good faith estimate of the annual salary wage range for this position is approximately $90000 to $122000 based on a variety of factors including but not limited to relevant skills and experience educational background and certifications performance and qualifications market demand for the role and other organizational needs.
