Job Summary
Role Overview:
Design and build responsive scalable web clients and assist panels that power Virtual Agent and Now Assist Panel experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive AI-driven user interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain modern web applications using React/Angular and TypeScript.
- Implement features like LLM-based Q&A semantic search and multi-turn conversations.
- Ensure performance accessibility and security across releases.
- Work closely with product managers UX and AI teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decision-making or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools automating workflows analyzing AI-driven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
- 5 years of strong experience in JavaScript/TypeScript/React web frameworks and REST APIs.
- Experience with scalable architecture and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with AI/ML integration and conversational UI.
- Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Preferred:
- ServiceNow platform experience.
- Accessibility and responsive design expertise.
- Experience in prompt engineering and GenAl
- Experience in using Al productivity tools such as Cursor Windsurf etc. is a plus or nice to have
