We are looking for a TDS Customer Success Executive who will act as the primary point of contact for clients handling TDS-related queries payroll compliance support and customer communication. The role requires strong client-handling skills along with a working understanding of TDS processes and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle client queries related to TDS payroll and statutory compliance via calls emails and tickets
* Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer issues
* Support clients on TDS filings challans Form 24Q / 26Q Form 16/16A and related processes
* Maintain proper documentation of client interactions and resolutions in CRM/ticketing tools
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
* Follow up on pending client actions and ensure closure within defined TATs
Preferred Candidate Profile
* Experience in CA firms or payroll companies
* Candidates with a client-facing mindset and problem-solving attitude
Qualifications :
* Graduate in Commerce / Accounts ( preferred)
* 13 years of experience in TDS compliance customer support or client servicing
* Basic understanding of TDS compliance
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Comfortable handling multiple client queries and deadlines
* Working knowledge of Excel
