Executive Assistant – CFO Office

Location: Ahmedabad
CTC: Up to 4.5 LPA

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CFO Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules coordinating communication and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative and operational support. Candidates with operations background (any industry) are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage CFO’s calendar schedule meetings and coordinate appointments

  • Handle internal and external communication on behalf of the CFO

  • Manage email correspondence and draft professional responses

  • Coordinate travel arrangements itineraries and logistics

  • Prepare reports presentations and MIS as required

  • Maintain confidential documents and records

  • Follow up with internal teams on tasks and deadlines

  • Support day-to-day operational activities of the CFO Office

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook)

  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate in any discipline

  • 1–3 years of experience in Executive Assistant / Operations / Admin role preferred

  • Experience supporting senior management will be an added advantage
