Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled RPA Analyst with UiPath platform understanding to identify analyze and drive automation opportunities across business processes. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams ensuring successful automation delivery and measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and assess processes for automation (feasibility & ROI)
Gather requirements and create PDDs / user stories
Prepare process maps using Excel Visio or BPMN tools
Coordinate with development teams and support UAT
Assist in change management training and documentation

Required Skills

UiPath platform knowledge (basic to intermediate)
Strong process analysis and documentation skills
Experience with Excel Visio/BPMN
Good communication and stakeholder management
