Job Summary
Within the Altrom distribution center located in Scarborough ON you will work closely with your management team.

As a Warehouse Manager your main responsibilities will be:
- Plan implement and monitor annual warehouse operations aligned with company strategy.
- Develop manage and analyze operational budgets.
- Lead and support a team of Warehouse Supervisors.
- Oversee inventory accuracy stock movement receiving storage and timely delivery coordination.
- Ensure effective communication with staff suppliers and customers.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare management reports and ensure financial oversight of warehouse operations.
- Enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards.
- Supervise maintenance and availability of warehouse equipment including forklifts.
Qualifications :
To join our team you need among other things:
- 5 years in warehouse or distribution operations management.
- Strong leadership inventory control and budget management skills.
- Proficient in KPI monitoring reporting and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards and equipment maintenance.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
