Competitive Salary: $78000 - $82000 gross annually based on previous experience & education.
Job Duties Include:
Support the Restaurant General Manager in leading mentoring and developing a high-performing leadership team fostering a culture of service excellence accountability and collaboration.
Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring seamless service delivery adherence to luxury standards (LQA/Forbes) and a consistent high-end guest experience.
Maintain a visible leadership presence on the floor proactively resolving guest concerns and supporting the team during all service periods including acting as Manager on Duty when required.
Drive financial performance by supporting revenue growth managing labor and operational costs assisting with forecasting and ensuring effective inventory control.
Enhance guest satisfaction by monitoring feedback implementing continuous improvements and supporting innovative food and beverage initiatives that elevate the dining experience.
Ensure effective communication and operational alignment across departments while supporting administrative functions such as scheduling payroll accuracy compliance and reporting.
Qualifications :
Your Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 35 years of progressive leadership experience in Food & Beverage Management.
- Experience in upscale or luxury hospitality environments (45 star properties preferred).
- Proven ability to lead and develop management teams.
- Strong understanding of LQA and Forbes service standards preferred.
- Strong beverage and culinary knowledge required.
- Must hold ProServe certification.
- Post-secondary education in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Management considered an asset.
- Working knowledge of systems such as Silverware Birchstreet Watson considered an asset.
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting cost control and labor management.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
