This newly curated position is intended to elevate our luxury service by enhancing our VIP and recognition program at the resort.

Salary Range: $67000 - $70000 gross annually based on experience and education

Job Duties Include:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the VIP arrival experience by ensuring all service standards are followed from the point of arrival at the Front Door porterage and room experience.
• Oversee a team of Luxury Experience Coordinators
• Develop and elevate the Chateau Butler program alongside Fairmont Gold.
• Execute the VIP experience from pre-arrival communication itinerary planning meet and greet upon arrival and departure as well as mid-stay check-ins.
• Oversee Front Door arrival with personal greetings for all VIPs with presence during peak arrival times
• Be present in the lobby welcoming all guests by greeting escorting and/or directing guests.
• Enact and lead hotel teams in recognizing loyalty guests return guests designated VIPs & Owners.
• Have the necessary skills and training to actively resolve complaints and challenges presented
• Liaise with the Leadership team to co-ordinate the welcome/farewell of guests to/from the hotel including Owners VIPs return and long stay guests.
• Coordinate with Guest Services In Room Dining and Housekeeping to inspect rooms allocated for VIPs

Qualifications :

• Must possess a professional presentation
• Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications required
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Highly organized with an attention to detail career and result oriented with the ability to be flexible with hours days off assignment and additional duties
• Ability to work with a high luxury mindset in all activities
