The HydraForce Technical Tester Rotational Program is designed to train and develop a qualified candidate into a Technical Tester role after successful completion of the program.
Using the programs curriculum which apply HydraForce Processes and Standards coupled with a mentor to guide the individual through this program we believe this methodology will help strengthen hydraulic knowledge in manufacturing.
The curriculum is a 62-week program where you will learn various test stands and ways of testing all our products; Production Application Warranty Calibration Maintenance and Manufacturing Support.
Qualifications :
Must be an active HydraForce employee in good standing at the time of application
Demonstrated interest in technical testing product validation or engineering support
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn and apply technical concepts
Ability to follow test procedures work instructions and safety standards
Basic understanding of or willingness to learn:
Hydraulic systems and components
Test equipment gauges and measurement tools
Data collection and documentation practices
Ability to read and interpret drawings schematics or technical documentation (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Reliable attendance and performance history in current role
Supervisor endorsement or approval
Additional Information :
The rotational program has a set pay range of $18-22 per hour during the rotation period. Upon successful completion of the program associates are eligible to transition into a permanent role with a higher pay range and increased overall earning potential based on role placement and performance.
