Responsibilities:
Source potential candidates on platforms like LinkedIn and other social media sites
Review resumes and performs pre-screening calls to analyze the applicants abilities
Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews technical assessments and behavioral questions)
Partner with key stakeholder and under their hiring need do a resource planning and act like a trusted advisor.
Analyze the market trend in technology hiring and sharing the market intelligence with hiring managers.
You will be Involved through the interview process including performing the necessary screening requirements through the offer phase.
Involved in utilizes recruiting tools including networking through social media platforms professional network job boards internal database searches etc.
Coordinate with HR team for the candidates onboarding.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experiences US work experience in IT
Good understanding of business & industry and well versed with technology hiring.
Strong client-service orientation and relationship-building skills; comfortable working with various types of people in different contexts
Proficient with social media platforms
Experience with sourcing passive candidates
Able to juggle multiple and competing priorities
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking system
Experience in corporate inhouse hiring across technology.
Good at analyzing data develop and drive key metrics.
