Our client is seeking a candidate to oversee production schedules manage inventory levels and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of products while optimizing costs and resources. This is a high-impact role for a proactive professional looking to make a tangible difference develop their leadership profile and grow within a forward-thinking dynamic organization.
Qualification:
A Grade 12 qualification.
A relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of management experience in production planning preferably in the clothing/textile industry.
Proficiency in ERP systems and production planning tools.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain operations.
Good analytical skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to lead and motivate teams in a dynamic environment.
