The graduate assistant under general supervision of the Senior Proposal Administrator (SPA) will synthesize information and develop drafts of presentations and slide decks. Assist and support and attend (when applicable) online and face to face training and sessions.
This position is funded by a grant or restricted funds. Continued employment is contingent on the renewal of grant or restricted funding.
Responsibilities:
Manages the Office of Research Compliance email account. Monitors all compliance databases and corresponding spreadsheet for expiration dates of compliance.
Confirms and tracks enrollment in Occupational Health Program for all participants listed on IACUC and IBC protocols.
Maintains the corresponding spreadsheet in shared database to track enrollment and training of researchers.
Assisting the office with electronic or mail submissions of IRB IACUC and IBC research protocols.
Perform other duties as deemed necessary by the supervisor.
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in an applicable field.
Must be enrolled as a full-time graduate student at Prairie View A&M University. (Minimum of 9 credit hours during the regular fall and spring semesters and 6 semester credit hours for the summer semester).
Must be in good academic standing.
No prior experience.
