Youre a confident and self-motivated sales professional with a knack for capital equipment and a passion for the food processing industry. With strong interpersonal skills and a results-driven mindset you thrive in B2B environments and are energised by building lasting relationships with key clients. Youre comfortable managing large territories working independently and consistently hitting or exceeding your targets. Your natural commercial acumen and consultative approach make you a trusted advisor in every client interaction.

What youll be doing

Youll drive regional growth by promoting and expanding industrial equipment sales across a broad territory that includes Gauteng Free State and occasional travel to the Western Cape and some of the SADC regions. Working closely with channel partners and end-users youll identify and close new business opportunities provide expert consultation and deliver tailored solutions that set your products apart. Youll manage a healthy sales pipeline maintain deep technical product knowledge and ensure high client satisfaction through coordination with internal teams. Regular travel to clients will keep you well-connected across your portfolio.

Where youll be doing it

Join a team where your contributions truly make an impact. You will be based at their head office in Lanseria Gauteng. You will be out on the road from Mondays to Thursdays and in office on Fridays.

What youll need

Youll have a proven track record in territory management with the ability to clearly demonstrate consistent year-on-year revenue growth. With a minimum of 3 years of experience selling equipment into the food industry (industrial equipment) youre well-versed in navigating complex sales cycles. You work independently manage multiple projects with ease and are comfortable travelling extensively. Strong communication skills both written and verbal are essential along with solid MS Office skills. Youre customer-focused service-oriented and bring a can-do attitude to everything you do.
