About the Role
We are seeking a Senior SAP Financial ConsolidationAdministrator to ensure the smooth operation of a FinancialConsolidation platform and provide functional level 1 support duringquarterly closing cycles.This role sits at the intersection of finance accounting and informationsystems working closely with consolidation teams managementaccounting and IT to guarantee data quality reliability and processefficiency.
You will play a key role in quarterly closingssystem administration process optimization and continuous improvementof the financial data model.
Key Responsibilities
Quarterly Closing Activities
- Create and manage the data entry environment
- Configure and maintain the consolidation environment (exchange rates scopes consolidation rules)
- Administer the security module (user groups functional profiles data access rights)
- Provide first-level functional support to users (access management issue resolution blocking controls)
- Ensure accurate data transfers between the consolidation tool and other systems (ERPs data warehouses)
- Monitor application performance via the administration console
- Guarantee data consistency accuracy and quality
Process Improvement & Documentation
- Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Maintain and enrich technical and functional documentation
- Support the evolution of tools and workflows
Data & Financial Expertise Development
- Strengthen financial consolidation and IFRS knowledge
- Apply business and data expertise to enhance the data model according to user needs
Collaboration & Stakeholders
You will work in close collaboration with:
- Financial Consolidation teams
- Management Accounting teams
- IT and technical stakeholders
Background & Experience
- Solid financial and accounting background
- Strong interest in information systems and data
- Previous experience in a similar functional administrator or consolidation role
- Experience working in financial consolidation environments
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of SAP Financial Consolidation (nice to have)
- Understanding of data modeling and database architecture
- Basic knowledge of financial consolidation processes
- Familiarity with IFRS standards
- Experience with EPM and accounting tools (SAP FC or similar Hyperion Financial Management Oracle Tagetik)

Languages
- English: B2 (C1 mandatory if French is not spoken)
- French: B2 ideal (or minimum B1 with willingness to improve)
