Job Summary
Infosys is seeking anAdobe Campaign and Journey Optimizer Senior Project Manager withgood hands-on technical exposure to Telecom position will primarily be responsible for providing solutions on the client to manage their systems /applications based on customers requirements. The selected candidate should be able to design develop and test complex Technical solutions customizations and extensions for various modules. The candidate is also expected to Interact with customer process consultants and business SME to understand and analyze various processes derive automation opportunities and make recommendations for cloud transformation.
Required Qualifications:
At least 10years of Information Technology experience.
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
Location for this position isDallas TX.This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location.
10 years hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign
Excellent hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Hands on experience in Adobe Campaign and Adobe Journey Optimizer
- Exposure to Telecom domain
- Act as a subject matter expert for related Adobe services.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineering teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate use cases into technical requirements.
- Stay updated on Adobe product roadmap and emerging MarTech trends.
- Develop architectural documentation reference designs and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement in AJO implementation methodologies.
- Ability to transform business requirements into production-ready software components
- Strong end-to-end ownership autonomy and a good sense of urgency to enable proper self-prioritization
- Production experience with modern observability tools (Prometheus Grafana Datadog etc.)
- Understanding of core concepts of distributed systems design
- Excellent communication skills
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
