Job Summary
Our client in the Communications Technology sector is looking for a Senior Business Analyst on a contract duration 6 to 12 months.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic Product and Agile DevOps team on the Digital Platform. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions leveraging advanced analysis skills testing tools and frameworks to define and design system requirements. This role requires both technical expertise in business and an understanding of business operations to shape the future of fintech products. You will translate requirements into detailed specifications outlining integration points and collaborate with squads during delivery and integration activities ensuring seamless communication between development teams and project stakeholders

Qualifications
Experience and Competencies
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems Computer Science Finance or related field
- Certifications (preferred):
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMIPBA
- Agile/Scrum certification (e.g. CSM PSM)
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with JIRA (or equivalent Agile tools)
- Experience with userstory mapping process modeling (e.g. BPMN) and wireframing tools
- Familiarity with API integrations data mapping and system architecture concepts
Experience and Competencies
- 4 years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst in a technologydriven environment
- 2 years specifically within fintech mobile money or financial services
- Proven track record of delivering complex crossfunctional projects in an Agile/Scrum setting
- Exceptional analytical problemsolving and criticalthinking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication; able to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to navigate ambiguity clarify requirements and drive consensus
- Demonstrated leadership in facilitation mentoring and continuousimprovement initiatives
