Why your role matters
The Business Enablement Analyst identifies and implements emerging technology solutions including low-code platforms and AI tools to extend the Universitys student systems CRM and related platforms. The role supports business process improvement by streamlining workflows automating tasks and enhancing the experience for students and staff.
Working within a business led team the role focuses on designing prototyping and enabling innovative digital solutions that address operational needs and improve service delivery. This includes contributing to low-code and no-code applications and supporting experimentation with new technologies.
In close collaboration with CRM specialists functional stakeholders and IT partners the Business Enablement Analyst connects business needs with technology capabilities through solution design rapid configuration testing and platform experimentation. The role requires strong problem-solving and communication skills an interest in citizen development and a mindset focused on continuous improvement and learning. This position reports to the Senior Business Enablement Analyst (Core Connections) and has no direct reports.
