They are skilled in employee relations and conflict resolutionleveragingstrong organizational skills and :Human Capital Support & ComplianceAct as HR and Workforce Management generalist supporting a wide range of human capital integration functions and service knowledge and ensure compliance with federal state and local employment laws and regulations (EEO ADA FMLA FLSA USERRA ERISA).Collaborate with HR leadership and client partners tooptimizeHR programs processes andcompliancebest practices aligned with organizational & OnboardingSupport recruitment efforts to ensure alignment with workforce hiring processes and onboarding operations including security clearance coordination EOD scheduling I-9 verification and HR system new hire orientation and serve as primary HR point of contact for general employee inquiries routing complex issues toappropriate Lifecycle ManagementFacilitate offboarding processes including exit interviewsterminationpaperwork equipment returns and trend employee recognition initiatives to foster engagement and employee data changes andmaintainaccurateHR Engagement & CommunicationBuild strong relationships with HR peers and client partners to drive human capital as a resource for HR policies procedures and general SupportProvide day-to-day operational support andassistwith ad hoc tasks andprojects :Possess current Top Secret (TS) Clearance with SCI and a Counterintelligence (CI) scope degree in human resources Business Administration or related of 5 years of experience of human resources management required.10 years of experience in lieu of a degree may be -CP or PHR or other HR certification is a supporting the Intelligence Community in a Human Resources general knowledge skill and ability with at least two of the following HR operational functions to include but not limited to Talent Management Talent Acquisition HR Strategy and Policy Performance Management Awards & Recognition Equal Opportunity and Treatment Employee-Management Relations Employee Classification Employee Benefits and Compensation Security Clearance processing Onboarding and Offboarding Military Manpower and Personnel strong analytical and problem-solving to prioritize and follow through on to manage and execute multiple assignments to act with integrity and professionalism and maintain knowledge of employment related laws and verbal written interpersonal conflict resolution and communication organizational skills attention to detail time management and ability to meet to build relationships and trust with team members and with Microsoft Office to work independently and as part of a to learn and contribute to the Intelligence CommunityPhysical Requirements:Work is typically performed in an office periods of sitting at a desk and working on a have the ability to lift 15-25 Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
