We are currently seeking a Human Resources Assistant who will report to the Director of Human Resources and Payroll.
Responsibilities:
- Processes and tracks all Human Resources related paperwork including set up of new hires in HRIS system status changes etc. Ensures all necessary employment information is received timely. Follows up with appropriate personnel on matters related to incomplete missing or expired HR related documentation.
- Monthly and Quarterly Reporting. Works with Human Resources Generalist to generate and distribute reports to operating directors and managers.
- Performance Management Administration. Tracks reviews due and overdue through HRIS system. Runs monthly reports and sends notifications to managers advising them of reviews due and overdue. Enters data in HRIS system for reviews received and keeps HRIS system current.
- Completes employment verifications.
- Filing and maintenance of personnel files I-9 files and CORI files.
- Provide telephone coverage and receptionist duties.
Qualifications :
- Associates Degree required Bachelors preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in human resources preferred
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Must have high attention to detail
