Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Controls Service Manager to oversee our service operations related to building automation systems (BAS) and HVAC controls. The ideal candidate will lead a team of technicians ensuring high-quality service delivery while optimizing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the controls service department ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
Manage and mentor a team of service technicians providing guidance and support in troubleshooting and repairs.
Develop and implement service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with sales and project management teams to ensure seamless integration of service and installation processes.
Monitor and analyze service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions.
Maintain strong relationships with clients addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with industry standards safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications

7 Years Proven experience as a Controls Service Manager or similar role in the HVAC and building automation industry.
Strong knowledge of building automation systems (BAS) HVAC controls and service operations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to analyze data and develop strategies for service improvement.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Technical background in controls engineering or equivalent experience.
