We offer a competitive salary range of $95000 - $105000 annually along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant locations
- Ensure adherence to company policies and standards
- Lead mentor and develop restaurant managers and staff
- Analyze financial performance and implement strategies for improvement
- Drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory and control costs effectively
- Implement training programs for staff development
- Conduct regular site visits and performance evaluations
- Foster a positive work environment and team culture
- Stay current with industry trends and market changes
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management is a plus
- Entry-level experience in restaurant management or operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic understanding of financial metrics and performance analysis
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
