Job description
Candidates Responsibilities;
Actively participate in intensive knowledge transfer (KT) sessions to absorb knowledge of business processes configurations and custom code for the SAP Retail Merchandising Management stream.
Following the transition the role will shift to ongoing support continuous improvement and innovation of the SAP Retail Merchandising Management processes to align with evolving business goals.
Goals: Ensure a seamless zero-downtime transition of SAP Retail Merchandising Management (Pricing Promo Assortment Listing SAP Vendor Contract mgt integration with JDA Planogram) from incumbent team for further run and maintenance of SAP solution.
Tasks:
Participate in intensive knowledge transfer (KT) sessions on business processes configurations and custom code.
Conduct hands-on exercises in lower environments to validate knowledge.
Review and update all support documentation (SOPs runbooks).
Handle escalations and complex incident resolution for your stream.
Provide shadowing and reverse shadowing activities during Transition.
