Introduction Workster is partnering with a premier global B2B solution provider to recruit a dedicated Facility Supervisor for their modern gaming studios in Belgrade this pivotal role you will be responsible for the seamless operation and maintenance of the workplace ensuring a safe efficient and welcoming environment for all employees. Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily upkeep and operation of building systems infrastructure and facilities to ensure zero downtime.
• Manage routine maintenance schedules repairs and facility improvement projects from start to finish.
• Lead internal facility teams and manage external service providers (cleaning maintenance front desk) to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Facilitate employee relocation logistics including housing management property inspections and lease administration.
• Manage the procurement and lifecycle of office supplies and assets while identifying cost-effective solutions.
• Maintain meticulous records handle contract administration and review vendor invoices for compliance.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies to enhance workplace efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support new employee onboarding and resolve facility-related concerns promptly.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in English (C1 level) with strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in facilities management property management or a related field.
• High school diploma required (post-secondary education in a relevant field is an asset).
• Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel) and Google Workspace tools.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and external vendors.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a highly organized detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced dynamic international environment.
