Your Role

• Leadership & Oversight: Supervise on-floor team members to ensure professional engaging and high-quality performance. Support and motivate staff to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Operational Management: Oversee daily team schedules including rotations and breaks to ensure a continuous workflow. Resolve minor technical or operational issues in the studio environment.
• Communication: Act as the primary liaison between frontline staff and management. Deliver updates on new procedures and company policies to the team.
• Data & Reporting: Collect and analyze performance data to prepare insightful daily reports for management.
• Talent Development: Identify training coaching and professional development needs to help your team improve their skills and performance.
• Standards Compliance: Monitor employee appearance and ensure all team members strictly adhere to uniform and grooming standards.

Your Qualifications

• Languages: Native or fluent in Turkish (C1 level) and fluent in English (minimum B2 level) with strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team leader role is highly preferred.
• Background: Prior experience in hospitality operations or customer service is a distinct advantage. A qualification in Management is a plus.
• Leadership Skills: Strong coaching interpersonal and conflict management abilities.
• Organizational Skills: Solid time management and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability: Willingness and ability to work on a rotating shift schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
