Job Summary
Shuffler Supervisor
Introduction A leading global B2B solution provider is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Shuffler Supervisor for their gaming studios in Belgrade Serbia. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth compliant and efficient operation of game tables. You will oversee card preparation manage equipment and lead the shuffling team to maintain the highest standards of game integrity. Your Role
- Operational Excellence: Supervise the accurate and timely preparation and shuffling of playing cards in full compliance with internal procedures.
- Table Management: Oversee the daily opening and closing of game tables according to strict operational standards.
- Equipment Oversight: Monitor the quality of playing cards and ensure the proper functionality of all equipment including card shoes storage boxes and tables.
- Team Leadership: Schedule daily tasks manage pits and conduct performance reviews to ensure optimal team performance.
- Training & Mentorship: Train support and motivate new shufflers fostering a professional and productive work environment.
- Incident Management: Respond promptly to emergencies and unexpected operational issues during shifts to ensure continuous service.
Your Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in the Live Casino or Online gaming industry.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of casino games and operational procedures. Familiarity with casino surveillance or control room operations is a plus.
- Languages: Advanced proficiency in both English and Serbian (written and verbal).
- Skills: Good PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Leadership: Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is an advantage.
- Internal Candidates: Must have at least 6 months of relevant internal experience.
