Senior Facility Manager
Introduction A leading global B2B solution provider is seeking a high-caliber Senior Facility Manager to lead operations at their gaming studios in Belgrade Serbia. In this senior leadership role you will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities operate with peak efficiency safety and financial discipline. We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strategic mindset and a background in large-scale facility operations to drive excellence across the organizations physical assets.
Your Role
- Strategic Oversight: Develop and execute comprehensive plans to optimize facility operations maintenance and high standards of hygiene and housekeeping.
- Team Leadership: Manage mentor and lead the facility management team overseeing recruitment training and ongoing performance management.
- Compliance & Audits: Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations hygiene protocols and internal policies. Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement based on audit findings.
- Vendor & Contract Management: Oversee relationships with external service providers including contract negotiation and quality control to ensure maximum cost-efficiency and service quality.
- Financial Stewardship: Control departmental budgets track expenses and ensure rigorous financial discipline across all facility operations.
- Inventory & Asset Management: Supervise the procurement and lifecycle management of equipment supplies and consumables.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams on facility projects and provide data-driven recommendations and reports to senior management.
Your Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in facility management preferably within a large-scale international or multi-site environment.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Facility Management Engineering Business Administration or a related field (Advanced degrees are an advantage).
- Skills: Strong expertise in managing budgets vendor contracts security space planning and health/hygiene regulations.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams with excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills.
- Language: Professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Technical: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and experience with specialized facility management systems.
- Aptitude: Exceptional analytical abilities and the capacity to deliver high-quality results under pressure.
