Work Schedule:

  • 12Hour Shift (3 hours paid additional)
  • 6 Days/Week (MondaySaturday)
  • Sunday Off
  • Rotating Evening Shifts (Every 90 Days)

Job Overview

The IT System Support Engineer will act as a firstline and midlevel support resource handling IT helpdesk operations network troubleshooting and remote server management. This is a clientfacing role requiring excellent English communication skills and handson technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level1 / Level2 IT Helpdesk support (password resets account creation user access issues).
  • Manage and support Active Directory environments (users groups GPOs).
  • Perform remote server administration and monitoring to ensure uptime security and performance.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Windows Server infrastructure applications and services.
  • Design configure and troubleshoot network components (LAN/WAN VPNs firewalls).
  • Handle routine server health checks patching and updates.
  • Support hardware software and system configurations remotely.
  • Document incidents solutions and workflows using ticketing systems.
  • Escalate complex issues and collaborate with USbased IT teams.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards especially in healthcare environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in IT System Support / Network & Server Management
  • Strong handson knowledge of:

    • Windows Server Administration

      • Active Directory
      • Group Policy
      • DNS DHCP
    • Networking Concepts

      • TCP/IP
      • VPNs
      • Firewalls
      • Routing & Switching
    • Remote access and monitoring tools
  • Excellent spoken and written English (clientfacing role)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to work independently during evening / rotating shifts

Preferred / NicetoHave Skills

  • Experience with Healthcare IT systems (Cerner Epic or similar)
  • Exposure to enterprise IT environments
  • Familiarity with ITILbased support processes
  • Experience supporting USbased clients

Shift & Work Structure

  • 6 working days per week (MondaySaturday)
  • Sunday fixed off
  • Rotational evening shifts every 90 days
  • Willingness to work extended shifts (paid overtime included)
