Role: Manager- Programmes (NGO Partnership) Mumbai

About the role:

This is a Builder Role not a maintenance role. We are looking for a systems-thinker who can take an idea from concept to execution. You will own the programmatic enginefrom vetting and onboarding NGOs to designing CSR proposals and setting up direct implementation frameworks. You will be the architect of the systems that allow our impact to scale with quality and credibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Ecosystem Development: Lead the vetting and onboarding of 200400 NGOs across priority states; oversee compliance and legal verification.
NGO Engagement & Training: Design workshops and toolkits to help NGOs improve their digital presence storytelling and reporting.
CSR Proposal Development: Translate community needs into high-quality audit-ready CSR proposals and budgets.
Program Design: Build standardized Program-in-a-Box models for themes like Healthcare and Education that can be replicated across geographies.
Operational Excellence: Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to operationalize projects from scratch ensuring on-ground readiness.
Systems & Documentation: Onboard and manage global CSR platforms (Benevity Give2Asia etc.) and build standardized playbooks for the organization.
