Job Summary
Reporting to the Plant FSQRA Manager youll support food safety and quality programs within the Quality Department. Youll be responsible for assisting in the design and implementation of processes and procedures ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Under guidance of the Plant FSQRA Manager youll manage multiple priorities while collaborating cross-functionally to strengthen the food safety system.
Position Responsibilities
Support food safety and quality programs by performing receiving verifications maintaining traceability systems and ensuring compliance with environmental monitoring requirements. Uphold GMPs HACCP and food safety documentation standards including corrective actions.
Manage supplier complaint process and ensure held raw materials are properly identified tested and dispositioned.
Help with designing and implementation of processes and procedures.
Participate on cross functional teams to assure implementation and adherence of QA projects and process improvement of our suppliers.
Communicate with cross functional teams within and external to the facility including presentations
Conduct routine cross-checks calibrations and documentation reviews to verify accuracy of quality processes and regulatory standards.
Assist in training program administration and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen plant-wide quality and compliance practices
Gather and study data to understand trends and issues to support in continuous improvement activities.
Provide data-driven insight in managing situations and issues relative to quality or food safety.
Provide support to appropriate functions and employees to assure regulatory compliance food safety and quality of our products.
Support Quality supervision microbiological testing and related tasks during Fresh Pack Operations.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$56000-$77000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employees actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location relevant experience/level and skillset while balancing internal Conagra employees Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
