About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Director of Government Pricing to lead our team responsible for the accurate calculation analysis and reporting of all government pricing programs. This role ensures full compliance with federal and state regulations while supporting strategic pricing initiatives across the organization.
You will oversee pricing submissionsincluding AMP BP ASP NonFAMP FCP 340B and state reportingand provide expert interpretation of complex government pricing regulations. This position partners crossfunctionally with Contract Operations Digital Legal and other strategic teams while also supporting system enhancements audits and integration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Government Pricing team while fostering a culture of compliance innovation accuracy and continuous improvement.
- Oversee all government pricing calculations in full compliance with Medicaid Medicare and VA Healthcare Act regulations.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of all required pricing metrics for 150 NDCs across multiple business units including:
- Monthly/Quarterly AMP and Quarterly BP
- Quarterly ASP
- Quarterly and Annual NonFAMP and FCP
- Quarterly 340B pricing
- Lead government pricing activities for product launches acquisitions and divestitures.
- Conduct detailed analyses to understand pricing variances and key business drivers.
- Ensure accurate reconciliations between the general ledger and government pricing systems.
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert partnering with Contract Operations Digital and Legal to address complex data issues.
- Lead the identification development and implementation of system enhancements and process improvements.
- Interpret regulatory requirements and ensure compliant pricing methodologies product setups and internal controls.
- Maintain extensive compliance documentation (300 pages) including Reasonable Assumptions SOPs work instructions and calculation checklists.
- Partner with Contract Development and Analytics teams to assess new and innovative contracting strategies.
- Support internal and external audits and litigation requests with expert documentation and analysis.
- Demonstrate company values and perform additional related duties as needed.
About You
Education & Experience
- MBA or equivalent experience in business finance accounting policy or healthcare.
- 10 years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical industry including 12 years of government pricing experience preferred.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of U.S. Government pricing regulations including OBRA 90 OBRA 93 Deficit Reduction Act VA Healthcare Act Medicare Modernization Act ACA and Inflation Reduction Act.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presenting to senior leadership.
- Strong project management decision-making coaching and mentoring capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and business units.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to compliance integrity and operational excellence.
- Proficiency with analytical tools such as Advanced Excel Model N and SAP.
