Job Summary

Job Summary :Design and Develop Comprehensive CRM and Human Factors Training Content in accordance with Syllabus approved in the Operational Manual Part D and CCTM

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver effective CRM /Human Factors Training to Flight Crew Cabin Crew Flight Dispatcher and other operational Staff as specified in the Operational Manual
Assist in maintaining up-to-date CRM Training documents and Training materials
Maintain all quality control procedures and processes necessary for the effectiveness and completion of all training activities
Staying abreast of the latest developments in CRM and Human Factors development and industry best practices
Assist in training administrative function between different stakeholders.
Any other responsibilities as accorded by the Reporting Manager.

Required Skills & Experience:

Graduate from a recognised College/University in any discipline
Flying experience of 5 years or greater and currently appointed as SCC/IFM in Akasa Air or any other Instructional/Training role in Akasa Air

Educational Qualification:

Should be Graduate.
