Job Description

Job Title - Oracle CRM Functional Consultant

Experience - 7- 15 Years

Location - Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune / Greater Noida

Notice - Immediate to 15 Days

Requirement:-

Oracle Service Contracts (Agreements Subscriptions Warranty/Extended Warranty).
Oracle Install Base.
Contract Quality Analysis check process.
Order to contract creation process.
Order to IB creation process.
Must know sales Order creation shipment process for Contract and IB creation/update.
Contract Approvals and Credit Hold process.
Contract Billing.
Contract to IB and IB to Contract updates.
Counter and meter read process
Knowledge in Account Receivables on invoice creation.
Knowledge in Customer master Site setups and Party relationships.
Knowledge in Item master setup.
Knowledge in Contract Approval and Oracle workflows.
Knowledge in SQL/PLSQL OAF and writing SQL queries.
Should have strong experience (minimum 8 years) in Production support.
Good communication skill to handle daily calls.
