In this context the Principal Deployment Leader Digital plays a key role to execute the digital transformation projects for a given stream / country.
As such it will ensure that Services Business is digitally ready for depending on its scope:

. Situational Pricing with Pricefx

Key Responsibilities
The Principal Deployment Leader Digital is leading a project stream in a given country (e.g. CPQ for Services CPQ4S deployment in Turkey) on which it will manage the preparation and the delivery of the Digital Transformation according to planning & resources following the deployment methodology.
Services Transformation Program portfolio is expected to accelerate to more than 50 active projects per year typically 10 to 20 per geography/Ops requiring a high level of anticipation coordination and preparation.
Scope of the Transformation: Offer Pricing Quotation Execution
1. Perform gap analysis and manage project stream delivery Operational Delivery role
. Under the leadership of E2E Transformation Leader Digital lead the delivery of one/several project streams following the deployment methodology.
. In close relationship with the E2E Solution team and under the leadership of E2E Transformation Leader - Digital perform the as-is assessment / gap analysis between the current country IT/process landscape and the target one and identify / work on gap resolution actions.
. Following the deployment methodology per stream deliver of the project steps (gates / activities / deliverables) until project close.
. In close relationship with country/local teams define the legacy applications decommissioning plan in synchronization with target applications roll-out / adoption planning (CPQ4S bFS )
. Coordinate all data & integration preparation (E2E flow) with country & IT delivery teams (e.g. DTC)
. Manage UAT with countries and provide extended support just before / after go-live.
1. Report on project(s) status(es) & escalate when needed Reporting role
. Report on project(s) status progress.
. Escalate risks & blocking points to E2E Transformation Leader Digital who will support on resolution
1. Prepare Value realization / Adoption setup Value Realization role
. Support data analysis for performance / KPIs baseline according to the Value realization framework.
. Support KPI targets proposal in accordance with Business & Country stakeholders.
. Support GCP&SO in the implementation of value / KPI monitoring processes.
1. Secure Transition to Run and provide post-deployment support Handover role
. Coordinate with GCP&SO and DTC teams to validate the project close and move to Run under the leadership of E2E Transformation Leader - Digital.
. Provide temporary extended support post go-live for blockers / hot fixes (typically go-live 3 months)
Requirements
Qualifications:
. Business or Engineering Degree
. 7 years in Digital delivery and/or Program/Project Management and/or Consulting
. Strong foundations on ERP technologies (SAP & Salesforce ) and integration frameworks.
. Knowledge of CPQ and Service Execution platforms (esp bFS (Bridge Field Services : Salesforce)).
. Business Analyst experience preferred.
. Proven successful experience and track record in large scale business / digital transformation.
. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate and convince at various levels of the organization and in a multicultural environment.
. Knowledge of Services Business and/or Digital Customer Relationship and/or UNIFY transformations is a strong plus
