Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results driven InsideSales Coordinator to join our team. This role is an in-office role centeredon providing excellent service throughout the sales process ensuring clientsfeel supported informed and confident in their purchasing decisions. Theideal candidate has strong communication skills enjoys helping others and ismotivated to build long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound client inquiries via phoneemail and chat with professionalism and care.
- Assist clients in selecting products or servicesthat best meet their needs.
- Provide accurate information on pricingpromotions product availability and order status.
- Support the sales process by preparing quotesprocessing orders and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams toshare client feedback and highlight opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client recordswithin the CRM system.
- Participate in ongoing coaching sessions andtraining to strengthen product knowledge and service skills.
- Build positive lasting relationships with clientsby providing exceptional service at every touchpoint.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma required.
- Post-secondary education is preferred.
- Previous sales experience (inside sales callcenter or customer service with sales focus) preferred but not required weare open to coachable motivated individuals.
- Strong communication skills with the abilityto build rapport and influence decision-making.
- Comfortable handling objections andmaintaining resilience in the face of rejection.
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability (ordesire) to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systemsMicrosoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- Highly motivated adaptable and eager tolearn.
