Job Summary

What Youll Do

Manage Product Onboarding

Work closely with vendors to collect verify and upload accurate product information including descriptions images and pricing ensuring products are launched online quickly and seamlessly.

Build Strong Vendor Partnerships

Act as a key contact for our dropship vendors by managing daily communications addressing operational issues coordinating promotions and monitoring product availability and pricing updates.

Optimize Online Product Listings

Help improve product pages by refining content enhancing keywords and supporting basic pricing and margin analysis to ensure listings are competitive and optimized for performance.

Support Program Growth

Assist in identifying and evaluating new vendor opportunities that will expand and strengthen our dropship assortment.

Collaborate Across Teams

Partner with the Web Merchandiser and internal teams to align product launches with seasonal campaigns promotions and emerging trends

Qualifications :

What You Bring
At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce or digital retail
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Solid Excel skills
Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Magento is an asset
Excellent communication skills in both English and French (bilingualism required)
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (an asset)
A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
