Workforce Shared Services Permanent Full-time or Part-time (1.6 FTE total)
We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Position Management Officers to join our Workforce Shared Services team on a permanent full-time or part-time basis.
As we continue to strengthen best-practice position management refine organisational design and support workforce planning across the organisation we are seeking skilled professionals to help drive this work forward. We currently have 1.6 FTE available across vacant Position Management Officer roles.

What you will bring
Demonstrated experience in position management workforce services or a related HR function
Strong understanding of organisational structures workforce planning principles and day-to-day HR system administration
Ability to think creatively with reporting and extract meaningful actionable insights from data
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across diverse stakeholders
A genuine desire to contribute to best practice and drive meaningful change
Strong initiative with the confidence to provide informed best-practice recommendations
Proven ability to work autonomously manage priorities and deliver outcomes
Position Responsibilities
Undertake a range of position management and establishment related activities in support of operational and organisational requirements.
Complete establishment data management and administration tasks in Workday including position creations changes abolitions and cost centre management.
Maintain organisational structures hierarchies and positions in accordance with SJGHC policies and procedures.
Contribute to FTE reporting head count planning and other data activities.
Support effective data cleansing activities including identifying trends FTE growth and other areas that impact the business.
Coordinate and promote the SJGHC Job Architecture Framework in accordance with the agreed model.
Promote standardisation and industry specific conventions for job architecture in accordance with management levels spans of control and career pathways.
Assist with the management and document control of position descriptions.
Liaise with business areas and System Administrators to investigate and resolve establishment related queries and system issues.
Undertake research and analysis to support projects including generating and analysing establishment reports.
Creating and maintaining establishment processing procedures guidelines and templates.
Undertake quality assurance activities to maintain the integrity of the HRIS including routine analysis and recommend/take remedial action as required.
Experience with Workday will be highly regarded.

We can offer you:
Salary: $85508 to $87204 plus 12% Superannuation
Permanent full-time or part-time position
Located at Kings Square Perth CBD Office with 40% work from home option
