Job Summary
An establishedsoftware development company specializing in custom all-in-one and bespoke business software solutions is seeking aSenior Software Developerwho will lead the technical lifecycle of their solutions. You will be responsible for guiding development specifications overseeing testing efforts and mentoring a team of programmers to deliver high-quality high-performance code that meets client needs.
Responsibilities:
Leadership & Mentorship: Lead programming projects by coaching developers and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Technical Execution: Serve as the lead resource on assigned projects developing robust applications using industry best practices.
Process Improvement: Drive coding standards improve internal libraries and implement new technologies to enhance productivity and quality.
Project Planning: Define program objectives and logical sequences (flowcharts/specs) in collaboration with clients.
Quality Assurance: Oversee comprehensive testing and debugging to verify program operation and performance.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: National Diploma in Information Technology or an equivalent qualification.
Experience: Proven track record in full-stack development and software maintenance.
Foundations: Software Architecture Algorithm Design and Performance Tuning.
Core Stack: C# .NET Core SQL and MVC.
Frontend/Mobile: React Flutter JavaScript HTML and CSS.
