Job Summary
Dallas Hybrid
An AmLaw-recognized law firm is seeking a lateral associate to join its Litigation practice in Dallas.
This role is well-suited for an associate with experience handling complex commercial disputes who is interested in sophisticated high-stakes litigation and working closely with partners on strategically significant matters.
The Role
The associate will work with partners and senior attorneys on a range of business and commercial litigation matters including contract disputes tort claims and other complex civil litigation. The practice offers meaningful responsibility direct client exposure and opportunities to take ownership of key aspects of cases.
Ideal Background
Prior experience in commercial or complex civil litigation
Experience with written discovery depositions motion practice and case strategy
Strong legal research writing and analytical skills
Comfortable managing matters with increasing autonomy
Admitted in Texas or eligible to waive in
